Always fast and friendly service. I recommend the power set breakfast. Can't go wrong.

My favourite sandwich is their famous schnitzel sandwich - a great value, and delicious, hearty, and filling! The line is a bit longer here during peak hours, but the service is super fast when you go up to order. Will definitely come back for breakfast or lunch

Had a schnitzel sandwich, it was pretty good. Staff were friendly, decent value. I wont rave about it or highly recommend it to a friend.

Just writing about an experience from October 2016.A coworker ordered catered lunch from Pumpernickels for us as we had a full day of intense team work together.I was surprised they would give us such legit-looking plates and utensils for a catered lunch. The food was delicious and healthy. It came right on time too. I didn't do the ordering but the person who came with deliver it was friendly.

My new breakfast place. Their omelet are the best and fresh. They know me well now. All I need to do is pay up at the counter, no need to give my order anymore, I must say I'm a regular now

The owner kills the atmosphere everytime he walks in. It's really awful

The lady took my order, her rag fell on the floor, she took it and put on the cutting board where she was preparing sandwiches. In front of my eyes. Worse situation is with my office order-two coachroches were hiding in their coffee termos delivered to our office. We called them to tell about that but never heard from them again. We ordered never again. How is it with your hygiene and food safety Pumpernickels?

The food quality and quantity at this location has gone down significantly from last year. they now only give you 2 slices of bacon in their breakfast combo despite I opted out of sausage. Their avocado breakfast sandwich does really have avocado anymore. I try avoiding this place now.

Staff is super nice. Food is great. The owners are rather rude though and sometimes contribute to a less than optimal experience with their behaviour. The one star rating is for the owners/managers.

I enjoy the people that work here. Get any types of salads by weight
